7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the Joint City Council Meeting of December 13,
2018 and Regular Meeting of December 18, 2018.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the third of four one-year contract
renewal options for the continuation of comprehensive disaster recovery management
services with CDR Maguire, Inc.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the third of four one-year contract
renewal options for the continuation of emergency disaster debris removal, reduction,
disposal and other debris related services with Crowder Gulf, LLC.
7E. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the third of four one-year contract
renewal options for the continuation of disaster debris monitoring and consulting services
with True North Emergency Services, LLC.
7F. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding a contract to
Fortiline Waterworks in the amount of $292,716 for the purchase of inventory and line
replacement parts and materials for the wastewater collection and water distribution
systems.
7H. Consider action to approve a resolution for transfer and dedication of certain right-of-way
(ROW) land parcels between the North Texas Tollway Authority and City of Rowlett
regarding a portion of the Eastern Extension of the President George Bush Turnpike as
depicted in Exhibit A and authorize the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for
said transaction.

Consider a resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule for fee additions to the Rental Inspections section pertaining to short-term rental inspection registration fees.

Item 7G

Consider action to approve a resolution to adopt the City’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan.

Item 8A

Conduct a public hearing and consider action to approve a request by Allen Whitwell,
Architects, on behalf of the applicant Michael Richards for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to
allow Vehicle Service and Repair, Light on property zoned Planned Development (PD)
District for Limited Commercial/Retail (C-1) Uses. The 1.336 acre site is located at 7001
Rowlett Road, City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.

Item 8B

Conduct a public hearing and consider action to approve a request by Thomas Jones for
a rezoning from a Planned Development (PD) District for Limited Commercial/Retail (C-1)
Use to Planned Development (PD) District for General Commercial (C-1) Use to allow an
Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. The 1.89 acre site is located at 8400 and 8409
Chiesa Rd., City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.

8C. Consider approving a resolution amending the master fee schedule adopting revised fees
for small cell/network node and node support pole placement, installation and
construction, and adopting a revised design manual within the City rights-of-way, pursuant
to Texas Local Government Code (TLGC) Chapter 284 and updated Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.
