Executive Session - 2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the Development Agreement and litigation for the Bayside project. (45 minutes)
2B. PLACEHOLDER: The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.087 (Economic Development) and §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to discuss commercial or financial information and the offer of incentives to business prospects that the City may seek to have locate, stay or expand and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations and to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney on City owned property at 3901 & 3913 Main St. (30 minutes)
