Consent Agenda - CONSENT AGENDA
The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the December 8, 2015 City Council Special Meeting, the December 30, 2015 City Council Special Meeting, and the January 5, 2016 City Council Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution extending the local state of disaster declaration resulting from the December 26, 2015 tornado by an additional 35 days.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution adopting the 2015 Dallas County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan (HazMAP).
7D. Consider action to approve a contract renewal for medical control and continuing education for Fire Rescue with The Medical Center of Plano and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for said services.
7E. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding a contract for Senior Shuttle Services in the amount of $75,809 to STAR Transportation.
7F. Consider action to approve a resolution providing support of the submission of an application to the 2016 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Program through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the project proposed by Groundfloor Development.
7G. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with MuniCap, Inc. for the Bayside Public Improvement District (PID) administration.
7H. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the payment of two invoices for towing fees from Cathey Towing for $33,688, and Martin Services, Inc. for $37,473, for a total cost of $71,161.

Consider action on a resolution approving a subordination agreement with Centennial Mortgage Incorporated, subordinating the City’s right of reverter to Integral Catalyst’s lending institution for the Village of Rowlett project, and authorizing the mayor to execute the agreement on the City’s behalf.
