2A. The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney) to discuss settlement and to receive legal advice from the City Attorney on pending litigation, Xerox State & Local Solutions v. Rowlett. (15 minutes)
THIS ITEM WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE END OF THE REGULAR SESSION.
