Item 7B - Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Rowlett Texas amending Article II (Alcoholic Beverages) of Chapter 10 (Businesses) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rowlett Texas to repeal subpart (a) of Section 1032 and renumber the remaining subparts in correct sequence to amend Article II to add a new Section 10-33 providing for the consideration of variances from the distance limitations in Section 1032(a) and providing standards for the consideration of variance applications in individual cases
