Item 8D - Consider action to approve a resolution to award proposal #2010-29 for the purchase of public safety software and hardware to Integrated Computer Systems ("ICS") in the amount of six hundred thirty thousand four hundred forty-eight dollars ($630,448), to Brazos Technology in the amount of fifty-one thousand seven hundred ten dollars ($51,710), and to ACS Firehouse Services in the amount of forty-three thousand two hundred thirty-two dollars and ninety cents ($43,232.90) for a grand total of seven hundred twenty-five thousand three hundred ninety dollars and ninety cents ($725,390.90) for Police and Fire Rescue, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents for said purchase.
