Item 7B - Consider action to authorize the final acceptance of the 2010 Contract for Concrete Repair/Maintenance of Streets Part B and the release of retainage in the amount of fifty-eight thousand three hundred sixty-one dollars and eighty-nine cents ($58,361.89) plus accrued interest on the retainage to Laughley Bridge and Construction, Incorporated; and authorizing the
Mayor to execute the necessary documents.
