Item 7C - Consider a resolution awarding the annual bid for concrete repair/replacement for streets and alleys to Tri-Con Services, Incorporated in the unit amounts bid and in an estimated annual amount of one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Standard Public Works Construction contract for said service.
