Item 11A - Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending the comprehensive plan on an application for a request to amend Planned Development PD 5 5 87B to allow for a reduction in the rear setback requirements for 4402 Scenic Drive being 0 24 acres Block F Lot 61 of
the Lakeshore Park Estates Subdivision and to correct an error in the side setback requirement for Planned Development 5 5 87B in its entirety
