(Item 10B) Consider an ordinance adopting and enacting Supplement Number 6, Volume I and Volume II, dated July 15, 2008, to the Code of Ordinances. (Item 10C) Consider a resolution approving an agreement with Kasner & Associates to review the City of Rowlett's sales tax remittances to ensure proper application of local tax situs for an estimated amount of fifty thousand dollars. (Item 10D) Consider a resolution adopting the Dallas County Local Mitigation Strategy.
