Plan, Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and Zoning Map to rezone property from
General Commercial/Retail and Planned Development-General Manufacturing to a
Planned Development (PD) District to allow development of a Service King
Collision Center with modified development standards on 1.84± acres of land located on the south east corner of Rowlett Road and Big A Road.
