2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.087 (Economic Development) and §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to receive legal
advice from the City Attorney and to discuss and deliberate the request of financial or other partnerships pertaining to the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. (30 minutes)

2B. The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to seek legal advice on the Trent Lawsuit. (15 minutes) (NOTE: THIS EXECUTIVE SESSION WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER THE REGULAR MEETING).

2C. The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and section §551.087 (Economic Development) to seek legal advice and discussion on the Downtown Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. (30 minutes) (NOTE: THIS EXECUTIVE SESSION WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER THE REGULAR MEETING).
