Item 3A - 3. Call to Order Planning and Zoning Commission
3A. The City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a joint public hearing Following the hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission shall deliberate and make a recommendation final report to the City Council and the City Council shall deliberate and take final action on a rezoning request to rezone property to PD Planned Development zoning
district with an underlying Light Manufacturing M1 base zoning district for light manufacturing
uses as well as single tenant office and human health services limited to dental or medical
offices or clinic for property located at 3101 and 3105 Main Street further described as Lots 15
and 16 Block 1 of the Toler Business Park Addition PD11 541
