The City Council shall convene into closed Executive Session under §551.074 (Personnel) and §551.071 (Legal Consultation with City Attorney), TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, to seek legal advice and consider the retirement of the City Secretary and processes and procedures for recruitment to fill vacant position.
