The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section §551.074 (Personnel) and Section §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE to deliberate the duties, roles, and discipline, including but not limited to censure and/or reprimand, of Mayor John E. Harper. (60 minutes)
2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) and §551.072 (Real Property) to seek legal advice and to deliberate the acquisition/transfer of land for right-of-way located at or around Merritt Road. (15 minutes)
