2A City Council shall convene into Executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE S551 071 (Consultation with Attorney) and S551 087 (Economic Development) to seek legal advice and to deliberate on economic development incentives and financial prospects for property located at or around Pecan Grove Park. (15 minutes)
2B City Council shall convene into Executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE S551 071 (Consultation with Attorney) and S551 072 (Deliberation Regarding Real property) to discuss counteroffer to Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) Right-of-Way (ROW) Acquisition. (10 minutes)
2C City Council shall convene into Executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE S551 071 (Consultation with Attorney) and S551 072 (Deliberation Regarding Real Property) to refiew appraisal rolls for Martin Street and Rowlett Road Phase 2 Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition and negotiation policy. (10 minutes)
2D City Council shall convene into Executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE S551 071 (Consultation with Attorney) and S551 087 (Economic Development Negotiations) to seek legal advice and to deliberate on economic development incentives and financial prospects for a Senior Housing Development Project for property located at 3601 Miller Road. (15 minutes)
2E City Council shall convene into Executive session pursuant to the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE S551 071 (Consultation with Attorney) for consideration of and deliberation on settlement offer in the Site Concrete Case. (10 minutes)
