2 A The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the TEXAS
LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE 551 074 a 1 Personnel to deliberate the
appointment and duties of the City Manager 25 minutes
2 B The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the TEXAS
GOVERNMENT CODE 551 071 to seek legal advice from the City Attorney and
to discuss a proposed agreement with the Cities Aggregation Power Project
