Executive Session

(2A.) The City Council shall convene into executive session for consultation with the City Attorney and under 551.072 regarding possible right-of-way acquisitions and funding options with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). (2B.) Seek legal advice from the City Attorney regarding the upcoming special election under Chapter 143, Texas Local Government Code, and the State Civil Service Statutes. (2C.) Seek legal advice from the City Attorney and to discuss the bid, auction, or sale of city owned property located between Kirby Road and Rowlett Road. (2D.) Discuss with the City Attorney potential litigation, real property deliberations and acquisition of property to wit: Elgin B. Robertson Park. (2E.) Seek legal advice regarding the terms of an Interlocal Agreement with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) and the Texas Department of Transportation concerning the Eastern Extension of the President George Bush Turnpike / State Highway 190. (2F.) Seek legal advice from the City Attorney regarding a proposed development agreement for Mallard Reserve.
