Item C2 - Conduct a public hearing and make a recommendation on a request of the City of Rowlett to rescind PD9-29-77D and establish a base zoning of General Manufacturing (M-2), for the Industrial Park on Boyd Boulevard further described as the Toler Industrial Park Addition, being 27.08 + acre portion of land situated in the Reason Christ Survey, Abstract Number 225 in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
