Executive Session

2A. The City Council shall convene into executive session pursuant to the Texas Government
Code, §551.074 (Personnel) to deliberate on the evaluation and duties of the City
Manager. (30 minutes)

2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government
Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice
from the City Attorney relating to the Board of Adjustment's ruling on the property located
at 4005 Coyle Street. (30 minutes) THIS ITEM MAY BE DISCUSSED AFTER THE
REGULAR SESSION.

2C. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government
Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice
from the City Attorney relating to the Bayside Development Agreement and litigation
pertaining to the Bayside project. (30 minutes) THIS ITEM MAY BE DISCUSSED AFTER
THE REGULAR SESSION.
