Consent Agenda - CONSENT AGENDA
The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council March 6, 2018 Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution awarding a contract to Fuquay, Inc. for the Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project Phase 4 (SS2128) in the amount of $243,000, through the interlocal purchasing agreement with Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (BuyBoard) and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Standard Public Works Construction Contract for said service.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution awarding the annual contract for concrete repair or replacement of sidewalks, curb, gutter and utility cuts to Austin Raymond Construction, in the unit amounts bid and in an estimated annual amount of $450,000.00, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said service.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution expressing support for long range transportation planning for the region and the continued study and evaluation of the Collin County Strategic Roadway Plan.
7H. Consider action to approve a resolution approving a Project Specific Agreement (PSA) with Dallas County for road improvements on Dalrock Road and Chiesa Road in the amount of $712,106.72 and accept $250,000.00 from the Dallas County Project Specific Agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents.
7I. Consider and take action on a tree mitigation plan and related tree removal permit application for Oncor Creekside Substation. The subject property is located at 5310 Chiesa Road further being described as 4.37+/- acres in the JW Gardener Survey, Abstract No. 526, City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
