CONSENT AGENDA - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be
removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council March 20, 2018 Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the first of four one-year renewal options for
Section II mowing services to DD Commercial Landscape in the unit amounts bid in an estimated
annual amount of $121,940.00 for the Parks and Recreation Department.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the first of four one-year renewal options for
Section III mowing services to DD Commercial Landscape in the unit amounts bid in an estimated
annual amount of $160,449.00 for the Parks and Recreation Department.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution exercising the first of four one-year renewal options for
Section IV mowing services to The Teter Group in the unit amounts bid in an estimated annual
amount of $168,670.00 for the Parks and Recreation Department. This is a one-year contract
with four optional one-year renewals.
7E. Consider action to approve a resolution regarding Council appointments to various committees
and local/regional organizations.
7F. Consider action to approve a resolution renewing an annual contract for screening wall repair and
maintenance for the second of four one-year renewals with Waterton Construction Group in the
annual amount of $50,000.
