CONSENT AGENDA - CONSENT AGENDA
The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council April 3, 2018 Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider a resolution to deny Oncor Electric Delivery Company’s application to change rates.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution approving a Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Agreement for State-Contracted Traffic Signal Construction (with a municipality providing limited materials or labor) by and between the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for reimbursing the City for traffic signal equipment for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) project for traffic signal improvements along State Highway 66 (SH 66) and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services.
7F. Consider action to approve a resolution entering into a purchasing agreement with CorWorth to purchase restroom facilities as a part of the 2015 Bond Funding for Katy Railroad Park, Lakeside Park and Community Park.
7H. Consider action to approve a resolution awarding a bid for the purchase of a 2018 Dodge Ram 5500 Diesel Ambulance to Professional Ambulance in the amount of $250,762.00 through Buyboard #492-15.
7I. Consider action to approve an ordinance vacating and abandoning a fifteen-foot (15’) utility easement on property located south of Dennis Street and west of Aspen Drive on property owned by IC Village of Rowlett LP.

The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to legal issues pertaining to the Economic Development Incentive Agreement for the Terra Lago project. (30 minutes) THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE END OF THE REGULAR SESSION
