2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.087 (Economic Development) to discuss commercial or financial information and the offer of incentives with Kayak Instruction Inc. for property located at 6317 Miller Road that the City may seek to have locate, stay or expand in Rowlett and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations. (45 minutes)
2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Legal Advice) to receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to litigation entitled, “In re Guardianship of Hazel Martin,” and the Cotton Gin Building located at 4005 Coyle Street. (15 minutes)
2C. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Legal Advice) to receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the resignation of Mayor Todd Gottel and filling the vacancy in office. (30 minutes)
