Consent Agenda - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be
removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the April 18, 2017 City Council Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding a contract to Ragle,
Inc. in the amount of $1,319,281.75 for the total base bid, a contingency amount of $30,000.00,
and an early completion bonus of up to $10,000.00, resulting in a total project budget of
$1,359,281.75, for the Primrose Lane Paving, Drainage, and Utility Improvement Project, and
authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution providing the City Manager authority to enter into an
agreement with DataProse for printing and mail processing services through an Interlocal
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Plano.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution adopting a public art policy for donations and loans of
artwork.
