Consent Agenda - CONSENT AGENDA
The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request
items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the April 16, 2019 City Council meeting and May
1, 2019 City Council Special Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding contracts for
the purchase of one (1) 2019 Chevrolet Colorado ($30,832.20) to Lake Country Chevrolet
through the Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (Buyboard) Contract #521-16,
one (1) Dodge Ram 3500 4 Door ($45,287.00) to Grapevine Dodge per Tarrant County
Contract 2018-022, and one (1) Husqvarna FS5000 Concrete Saw from Associated
Supply Company through the Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (Buyboard)
Contract #515-16.
7C. Consider and take action on a request by Kien Tran, Liberty Dermatology Properties, LLC,
for a Tree Removal Permit application on property zoned General Commercial/Retail (C-
2). The 1.008-acre site is located at 7105 Lakeview Parkway, City of Rowlett, Texas.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing a purchase order in the amount of
$152,073.00 to Swagit Productions, LLC to purchase a new streaming and broadcast
system with closed captioning services.
7E. Consider a resolution to deny Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's (Oncor) application
for approval to amend its Distribution Cost Recover Factor ("DCRF") and increase
distribution rates.
