Consent Agenda - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be
removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council May 1, 2018 Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider approving a resolution dedicating a public utility easement to Oncor for the installation
of a new distribution line along Chiesa Road to serve Bayside.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution entering into a purchasing agreement with Lea Park and
Play, Inc. to purchase a new playground and playground surfacing as a part of the 2015 Bond
Funding for Springfield Park.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution for supplemental design services for Task Authorization
FY18-FN-02 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. in the
amount of $153,600 for additional engineering services for the Merritt Road Interconnector Phase-
II (ST2110) and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services.
