Consent Agenda - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the May 2, 2017 City Council Regular Meeting and the May 9, 2017 City Council Special Meeting.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to close Task Order #2 for CDR Maguire, allowing long term projects and closeout processes to be moved to Task Order #3.
7D. Consider action to adopt an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2017 (FY2017) Operating and Capital Improvements Program Budgets.
7G. Consider action to approve a resolution entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Lucas, which will allow both cities to cooperatively purchase goods and services under each other's competitively bid contracts.
7H. Consider action to approve a resolution canvassing the results of the General Election held Saturday, May 6, 2017, for the positions of Councilmember Place One, Councilmember Place Three and Councilmember Place Five.
7I. Consider action to approve a resolution creating a Judiciary Committee to serve as an advisory body to the City Council in matters relating to the appointment and reappointment of municipal judges and the administration and management of the City’s municipal court; and serving as liaison between the Municipal Court and the City Council.
