Executive Session (Part 1 of 2) - 3A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.087 (Economic Development) to discuss commercial or financial information and the offer of incentives to business prospects that the City may seek to have locate, stay or expand in Rowlett and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, and to receive an update on pending economic development projects. (60 minutes)
3B. The City shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Legal Advice) to consult with the City Attorney and receive legal advice regarding the project scope and extent of an evaluation and investigation into the construction and placement of the public safety radio tower. (45 minutes)
