The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to employee classifications and IRS examination. (30 minutes) THIS ITEM WILL BE DISCUSSED AFTER THE REGULAR SESSION.
2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to consult with the City Attorney and receive legal advice regarding the Waterview Golf Course and the lease agreement with American Golf Corporation. (45 minutes) THIS ITEM WILL BE DISCUSSED AFTER THE REGULAR SESSION.
