Consent Agenda - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council May 15, 2018 Regular Meeting.
7B. Consider all matters incident and related to the adoption of a resolution expressing official intent to reimburse costs of projects funded with Series 2018 GO Bonds.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution to authorize the City Manager to execute a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Life Message, Inc. in the amount of $19,143 for funding health and human services that primarily benefit low-income recipients during the 2017-18 CDBG program year.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution for the Agreement for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. to provide General Engineering Consulting (GEC) services for effective implementation of the 2018 Community Investment Program (CIP) and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services.
7E. Consider action to adopt an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2018 (FY2018) Operating Budget.
7F. Consider action to approve a resolution approving an agreement with the City of Garland to resolve all issues relating to the Wastewater Treatment Contract billing issues.
