The 83.25-acre site is located at 4401, 4413, 4501, 4509, 4513, 4601, 4609, 4613 and 4701 Dexham Road in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.

The 26.852-acre site is located along Princeton Road west of the Waterview subdivision and north of Phase I of the Homestead at Liberty Grove development, in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
