The 83.25-acre site is located at 4401, 4413, 4501, 4509, 4513, 4601, 4609, 4613 and 4701 Dexham Road in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.

Item 8C - Conduct a public hearing and take action on a request by Will Gietema, on behalf of John Hodge, for a Major Warrant from Appendix 2.1 of the Form-Based Code, to increase the allowable maximum dwelling area for Casita lots from 1,400 square feet to 2,500 square feet, on property zoned Form-Based New Neighborhood (FB-NN) District. The 26.852-acre site is located along Princeton Road west of the Waterview subdivision and north of Phase I of the Homestead at Liberty Grove development, in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
