2A. Presentation by development partner on project specifications for property located on the south side of I-30 (formerly known as Bayside).
2B. Consider an ordinance to approve and ratify the project and financing plan amendment approved by the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Rowlett, Texas, and to authorize the Mayor to sign on the City’s behalf.
2C. Consider a resolution to approve and ratify the Master, Hotel and Marina Development Agreements and the Land and Marina Purchase and Sale Agreements for the Bayside south land.
