2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code,
§551.071 (Legal Advice) to consult with the City Attorney and receive legal advice regarding
matters within the scope of the attorney-client privilege relating to multifamily zoning and pending
zoning applications. (45 minutes) THIS DISCUSSION WILL OCCUR AFTER THE REGULAR
