2. Consider approval of the minutes of the Joint Meeting of City Council and Board of Adjustment on August 16, 2016 and the minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting on June 22, 2016.
3. Conduct a public hearing and take action on a request for a variance to allow a building to encroach 9.33 feet into the 20-foot setback from the rear property line. 4. Conduct a public hearing and take action on a request to reinstate a legal non-conforming status and reconstruct a building that was destroyed in a fire on August 18. 2016. The subject property is located at 4318 Misty Lane, further described as being Lot 1, Block A, Sauser, an addition to the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
5. Conduct a public hearing and take action on a request for a variance to allow a building to encroach 25 feet into the 50-foot front yard setback. The subject property is located at 1700 Castle Drive further described as being Lot 3, Block A, Bubbus 1, an addition to the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
