2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the Development Agreement for the Bayside project. (30 minutes)

2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the Garland Independent School District, an interlocal agreement with the Garland Independent School District, and Centennial Drive easements. (15 minutes)

Item 3A

Hear a presentation on the outcome of the Regional Traffic Signal Retiming Program (RTSRP) implemented as part of the City’s Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS). (30 minutes)
