Consent Agenda & Item 9 - 7. CONSENT AGENDA
The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be
removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the City Council October 10, 2017 Special Meeting.
7B. Consider action to approve a resolution for the fourth amendment to the Investment Advisory
Agreement with PFM Asset Management LLC (PFM), and authorizing the City Manager to
execute the necessary documents to continue said services.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution accepting the bid of and awarding a contract to CFG
Industries, LLC in the amount of $196,000 and a ten percent (10%) contingency amount of
$19,600 and up to $5,000 for an early completion bonus, resulting in a total project budget of
$220,600 for the Historic Main Street Elevated Water Tank refurbishment, repainting and lighting
improvements and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents for said services.
7D. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the payment for computer software
maintenance and support services for the Police Department to Integrated Computer Systems
(ICS) in the amount of $165,104, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary
documents to continue said services.
7E. Consider and take action on a Tree Survey Preservation Plan and associated Tree Removal
Permit request for 24 Hour Fitness, located at 5505 Rowlett Road, further described as being all
of Lot 7, Block A, Briarwood Armstrong Addition, City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
