Consent Agenda - 7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the October 7, 2014, City Council Meeting and the
October 14, 2014, City Council Special Meeting.

Consider a resolution approving Change Order Number 1 to the contract with A&M Construction Company in the amount $18,895.00, authorizing the final payment and release of retainage for the Martin Street Sanitary Sewer Project in the amount of $87,403.70 to A&M Construction and Utilities Incorporated, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary documents.
7C. Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the final acceptance and release of
retainage for the Castle Drive 24-Inch Water Main Project in the amount of $119,521.95 to
Crescent Constructors Incorporated, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary
documents.
