2A. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the proposed rezoning request at 3601 and 3802 Miller Road. (15 minutes)
2B. The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, §551.071 (Consultation with City Attorney), to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney relating to the Development Agreement for the Bayside project. (30 minutes) THIS ITEM WILL BE DISCUSSED AFTER THE REGULAR SESSION.

The City Council shall convene into Executive Session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, §551.087 (Economic Development) and §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to discuss City owned property at 3901 & 3913 Main St. and to consult with and receive legal advice from the City Attorney.
