Consent Agenda - The following may be acted upon in one motion. A City Councilmember or a citizen may request items be
removed from the Consent Agenda for individual consideration.
7A. Consider action to approve minutes from the November 1, 2016 City Council Regular Meeting.
7C. Consider action to approve an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 6, Article I
“Animal Nuisance” to clarify what constitutes an animal nuisance violation, and to amend
impoundment regulations in conformity to a recent Texas Supreme Court case.

Item 7B - Consider an ordinance vacating, abandoning and quit claiming 0.0399 +/- acres of land at the
western corner of Liberty Grove Road and Princeton Road in favor of the abutting property owner
(East Dallas Church of God) for the purpose of cleaning up a remnant tract of land left over from
a County of Dallas right-of-way.

County, Texas.
